Orders & Shipping
Do you ship to international locations?
We offer international shipping across the world. For international orders, it can take up to 5 to 10 business days to receive the item.
Why is international shipping so expensive for some items and not others?
Our order fulfillment comes from different vendors in various locations around the world. Some of our vendors are international, while others aren't, causing shipping prices to fluctuate.
Our items are made and printed to order. Therefore our estimated arrival date includes the maximum item processing time and excludes weekends. Think; estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time. Estimated delivery is just an estimate. It is not a guarantee.
Why do I have multiple tracking numbers?
Not all of our products are manufactured in one place, and your order may be split into separate packages.
Where is my package?
When you place an order, it will automatically be sent to the fulfillment facility nearest to you. Once the order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship (which won't be right away), you'll get another email with tracking information.
Something is wrong with my order?
If there is a problem with your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your order number, photos, and a description of what happened.
My tracking number is saying delivered but I haven't received anything?
There can be a few reasons for this. Once we ship an order, it is most likely of our hands. Sometimes packages can be pre-marked for delivery before it has actually been delivered, so we suggest waiting another day to make sure that's not the case. After that, we recommend checking with your neighbors or people around you to make sure no one has taken it and that it wasn't accidentally delivered to another residence in your area. Next, contact your local postal service to check if there was a problem with your package.

What is "Made to Order"?
The majority of our products are made to order so there's no waiting for restocks. What this means is when you place your order, manufacturing on those items starts right then. The process can take up to 10 days, especially for all-over print items.
What size should I order?
Above the size selection of every product page, you will see a size chart for standard body measurements. If you aren't sure about your specific measurements, we suggest ordering a size up to be safe.
What is that smell?
When you unpack a new shirt or hoodie with a DTG print, you'll notice a vinegar-like smell. While this is normal, the odor is from an agent that's applied during the printing process to help the ink bind to the fabric. To get rid of the smell, you can wash the garment!
What garments do you use?
Our Print-on-Demand products use either Belle+Canvas, Cotton Heritage, or Gilden for their exceptional quality. We also use other garment companies for more one off products so it varies. If you have questions about the sizing of the garments or our products, feel free to contact us and ask!
Why do your size charts vary by garment?
We use multiple different base garments to best fit our product and client needs. This is why you may see varying size charts while browsing our collections.
