Orders & Shipping

Do you ship to international locations?

It may take a little longer (5-10 business days to be exact), but don't worry. If you're on planet Earth, we can likely get an order out your way. Some restrictions include: Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. It's a drag, I know. Hopefully, in the future, this will change.

Why is international shipping so expensive for some items and not others?

We have a few different vendors located around the world. Depending on the item, it could come from an international vendor. We like to make sure you get the best products and this helps with that.

What the heck does estimated delivery mean?

Think; estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time. To ensure that our items aren't withering away in a corner somewhere, we have them made and printed to order. Almost like fresh baked goods delivered straight to your door.

I just realized I gave you guys the wrong address/ordered the wrong item. What do I do?

There’s good news and bad news. If you’re order hasn’t already been shipped, you’re in luck! Reach out to us ASAP so we can make the appropriate changes. Unfortunately, if the order HAS been shipped, we’d be unable to change it. If it can't be delivered and gets returned to our warehouse, we can always reship it with a modified address.

Why do I have multiple tracking numbers?

Not all of our products are manufactured in one place, so your order may be split into separate packages. But hey, it means you get to be excited about multiple deliveries!

It's my package and I want it now!

I get it, trust me. Once the order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship (which won't be right away), you'll get another email with tracking information.

Something is wrong with my order?

We gotchu! All you need to do is send an email to support@veiledthreads.com containing your order number, photos, a description of what happened, and we will make it right!

My tracking number is saying delivered but I haven't received anything?

We don't know why, but sometimes packages can be pre-marked for delivery before it has actually been delivered (which is pretty rude imo), so we suggest waiting another day to make sure that's not the case. After that, try reaching out to your neighbors and people around you to make sure it hasn't been nabbed from your doorstep or delivered to another residence in your area. If it's still lost, we recommend contacting your local postal service to check if there was a problem with your package.

Product & Sizing

Do you guys have any washing instructions?

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. It’s not a good idea to use fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print. Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

What is "Made to Order"?

Everyone knows that waiting for restocks can be a hassle sometimes. Instead, the manufacturing of the items you want starts right when you place the order.

What size should I order?

There’s a size chart on every product page for just this reason. If you’re not sure about your exact measurements, feel free to order a size up just to be safe.

What is that smell?

When you unpack a new shirt or hoodie with a DTG print, you'll notice a vinegar-like smell. This is completely normal and due to an agent that's applied during the printing process to help the ink bind to the fabric. A quick wash will take the odor right out!

Why are some size charts different?

Different styles call for different base garments. We wanna make sure you get the right size, for each item, every time
